Fundraiser for MCAS, POTS and EDS Documentary
There is currently a fundraising effort for a documentary on Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Dr. Leonard Weinstock and Dr. Tania Dempsey lead it.

These conditions can be challenging to diagnose and treat and often require several compounded medications in the treatment protocol.

The LDN Research Trust has partnered with CAF America, a 501C, to accept donations of $500 or more from the US, which are tax deductible.

There are several ways to donate and be recognized; donors can remain anonymous if preferred.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, including Platinum ($20,000), Gold ($10,000), Silver ($5,000), and Bronze ($3,000).

Donors of $1,000 or more will receive a credit on the documentary.

Supporters can donate any amount to this vital cause, which is greatly appreciated and will go towards creating awareness and understanding of these conditions.

America, which offers tax deductible donations to people/companies in the
USA when donating to a UK Charity.

Once you have submitted your donation on CAF, you MUST return to this form to upload your receipt and you must click SUBMIT for your sonsorship level to be recorded.
